District Attorney Bob Lee sent out a reminder today about the second annual Victims’ Rights March of Solidarity, which will be held Wednesday, April 24 at 6 p.m.
The march will begin at the courthouse steps at 701 Ocean St. with music and speakers, and will then move to Abbott Square.
Family members of those who have died as a result of violent crime will carry photos of their loved ones.
The public is invited to participate in this march, which is being held in connection with National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. Community organizations including the Diversity Center, Walnut Avenue Women’s Center and Women’s Crisis Support/Defensa de Mujeres will be among the participants.
